I hope you do not think I am being presumptuous. A friend of mine had forwarded this email to me, knowing my ability and experience in overseas transactions and finance. I have funded various excursions and operations, globally, regarding my studies in the Simian/Sapien research, and have personal interests in some casino related operations in St Croix and North Cyprus.

Tobi was not the first Lad I encountered. Fattie was actually my first. I guess that is why I was so surprised when I received Tobi's mail. Sometimes, they happen because something great and awesome is on the way and if we can find our way to the great event, we are changed for life. How is your wife and in hope the ugly incidence did not affect her too badly? I've seen your new pictures and I must confess that I feel so close to you like my brother already. They are nice and I love Carl Jr. in thier picture. Your daughter and her husband are adorable in thiers too. You are a blessed family and I feel comforatble knowing you. I am not too conversant with the computer system but I will send you my pictures before the week runs out. I will get someone to help me send it to you.

I hope you have gone through the mail I sent you titled "procedure". I have to first get your establishment registerred with the LNG/NNPC so as to get the funds released into the offshore account you shall provide. THank you so much for your concern. Truly the mark of a gentleman and scholar. My apologies for the delay. There have been many storms here recently and that has knocked out our communications equipment. I find several hours during the day that I am able to communicate to the rest of the world. Of course spending the weekend in the can was less than desirable, with a couple of cellmates trying to get into my can.

We can take care of all the little 'strings' while I am there...and I will provide you with a round trip ticket(at my cost) for you to travel to the Cayman Islands with me to retreive the loot. As a gesture, I have invested 4 million dollars in Fromunda-Sack Biotech, in your name. This week alone gained 12% on the market. I will bring those papers with me. I just received your e-mail in response to my worries over your prolonged silence some while ago. I am presently out of my duty station. I am at the Brass Export Terminal in Bonny, Bonny kingdom, Rivers State on an official assignment. I have been very busy and just saw your mail. I understood from your mail that you want to come down to Nigeria on thursday the 18th of July. I am writing you to let you know that there is really NO reason for you to come down to Nigeria now. This is so because if you come now, there is nothing to be done because we have not registered your research centre. There is nothing to be done and no papers to sign now. That is why I have been telling you all this while to type out the application letter and send to me ASAP so that I can get your centre registered with the appopriate authorities. I want you to settle down your mind to understand and follow the simple procedure I have outlined in my mails sent to you. I want you to channel your mind and efforts towards sticking to the procedure which is simple, normal (as obtainable here) and the only way out.
There is NO NEED for you to come to Nigeria now. The unnecessary expenditure of coming to Nigeria now is uncalled for. We have to start right where we have to by first registerring your research centre. Afterwards, anything can come up. I really appreciate your good gesture towards me. Many thanks to you because you have made me feel higly elated.

I also appreciate and thank you for your efforts, enthusiasm and commitment towards the success of this project. It is well noted. Please, I want you to understand at this point that I do not need your money. Mind you, I am not an arrogant man. For all you know, I am a humble man. I am prudent too. I thank you for beign so thoughtful but all the expenditure is not required now (I mean travelling down to Nigeria and all soughts). Please try as much as possible to understand me. Please do not bother yourself to come to Nigeria now. There is absolutely no need for that. Stay back in Florida and do as I say. In fact if you come, we will not see because I am on duty even right now at the facility but I have to round it up quick so that we can commence this transaction. It is only designated officials that come near the export terminal and it’s done only with the helicopters of the NNPC. I am sincerely sorry for any inconveniences this might cause you. I too grow frustrated at my many attempts to call you. I call many times a day from my neighbors facility and all that I get are buzzing and clicking sounds. No matter what time of the day I call it is the same thing. With all the freaking Oil you have over there, you'd think you'd spare a few bucks for a decent telecommunications system ...and some decent schools to help the spelling along.

I must admit ..... it was not a matter of our phone being disconnected. A trunk line was cut by tornados, in Fort Pierce, near our facility and communications have been down. I was not aware of the tornadic activity in my area until we returned home. THat's one beating I didn't have to give the spouse. I am lucky to have wireless internet service....so that I may communicate with you. I am in the process of getting a new Corporate cell phone package, for all the staff, so that you may reach me easier. I decided to upgrade everyones package to facilitate billing.

So what is it that you cannot relay to me through email regarding this transaction? It appears to me that you could have outline the entire procedure to me in print, rather than get upset. I think it would be best to have the written material in front of me to review...then when we speak......we may rehearse. If you want me to know the 'routine' then you have me studying the materials everyday until I am contacted by the DRC. At this point, I have to question whether you want me to succeed or not. I have 17 facilities based around the country with many employees and projects to contend with on a daily basis. We once encountered a homosexual freshmen class of Alpha male subjects that created havoc for our facility in San Francisco. We were unaware of the problem until one of our custodial workers, Kenny, was in the cage cleaning when he bent over to pick up some banana peels and Wham!!!! He was never the same. In fact, he still has to take exlax daily to perform his normal movements. I heard he listens to show tunes now and has Judy Garland pictures all over his apartment. Oh well, enough of these back door antics.

I tried to call you today, from the bar I frequent, and I get a weird clicking sound when I dial. Good News, Tobi!!! I just got insider information on Vagin.A. They were supposed to have a Press release on Tuesday but that was delayed. The analysts are going crazy here. At first there was a dip in the stock when the news was delayed so I purchased another 20,000 shares for you and another 20,000 for myself. I have a friend who works in the company and he told me to load up on some more stock and wait another week.

There have been rumors of a merger inside the company of one of the biggest mergers in the Biotech industry. No names have been released yet but the buzz on Wall Street says that this one merger could redefine this sector. So far the movement has been bumpy but we are still ahead by 15% since I purchased it for us, which is a mere 90,000.00 minus brokers fees and commissions. But, I have a really good feeling about this one. Also, Fromunda-Sack has been holding steady with minor deviations from buying and selling.

I have received your stock certificates and filed the originals for us. They are in my safe. Once we have concluded our transactions in Lagos, I will fly you to the US so we may transfer the ownership of the certificates. I am sorry my friend. Mary is still in the hospital and I have not left her side. She has to go in for surgery one nore time.

She was in a car accident two weeks ago and suffered massive injuries. I have been so worried for her. I have not left the hospital or tended to my business in to weeks. The nurses here were kind enough to provide me with an internet connection so I may take care of some of my business. They do not allow cell phones here at all. Out children are all here now and we are very worried. She goes in for surgery tomorrow morning to try and stabilize her. She has already had two surgeries.

Right now we are working on the approval of the funds, US$38.6m for payment into your offshore account in the Cayman Islands. You know these things are not easy to get sometimes especially when the authorities/government is concerned. I am trying really hard and I KNOW FOR SURE that it will be approved for payment soon. We are doing all necessary here to get things to work out. We have even been gratifying the officials financially so that we will get what we want easily. Actually the process has been delayed by the current face off between the executive and the legislative. The president of Nigeria in the person of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo is having it tough with the legislative. He is currently threading on dangerous waters and he might not survive it. In fact, he has been advised to resign or be impeached. A lot of administrative improprieties and several accusations have been levelled against him. There has been accusations and counter accusations between both parties. The country has not been rosy and the hopes of Nigerians have been dashed as the economy of the country has nose dived at rocket speed. Things have really become so bad that people are even dying on the streets. It is that bad and for reasons like these and many more, his resignation has been called for. Foriegn countries have advised thier citizens not to travel to Nigeria.

In fact, your country, the USA's administrative department has declared a "caveat emptor" on Nigeria. Your country's government has taken a swift move by strongly advising Americans intending to come to Nigeria not to come because there is political instability in Nigeria. It is true I must tell you becuase a new transition is imminent and there is political thuggry with hoodlums in the center of it all everywhere. Nigeria is trully unstable right now and it may degenerate further. I think it right of the USA to have warned its citizens on time.

You see my friend, it is because of so much uncertainties like this and a lot more that has prompted us to embark on this funds transfer deal. I must say the Angels in Heaven were summoned by the strongs voices of my friend and his church!!!!!!!!! All is well my Paddy!!!! Mary is well. She pulled through her final operation with flying colors. I know it was you prayers because I could feel as though you were next to me and helping me and helping me hold my head high!!

I must say we were very nervous at first. After the second operation she had a massive Candidiasis infection that complicated matters. Her fever went up dramtically and (it was really weird) the room smelled like bread. Maybe, it was just me. I have been experiencing high anxiety over this.

I must thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have truly been there for me. We should be hearing from the doctor, over the next few days, when we will be able to take Mary home. I must say the Hospital is nice, but I do miss my home. I have not been there since August 13th. I have always felt your presence next to me. I will let you know soon. I will call you when I return home and we can discuss our business then. But now, we must rejoice and praise God.

First of all, I want to thank you for your, more than appropriate, support over the past weeks. I want to apologize to you for any delays that this may have caused us. My Mary has not adjusted well at home and we have made several trips back to the hospital. All seems to have settled now. I tried to call you three times today, upon our return. The phone rang busy twice and disconnected on the third try. I will try again tomorrow, because I have promised to you, my friend to be more persistent.

I have been going over all paperwork that you have sent me and I do not have a 2 page fax, as you have indicated. The last fax I received was from Sept 16th, from a Mrs Magret Ugo. It says that I am to desist with any further 3rd party communications. I am to have a Chartered NY bank (mine is Cayman Islands) and a lot of crap I do not understand. One thing that I noticed and am very concerned about....It says the contract award is for 20 million dollars....What's going on there Tobi? You told me 38.6 million. Is someone trying to screw us out of our money?!?!?!?!? Or is someone holding out on us. I need that addressed as soon as possible.

I must admit, while Mary was in the hospital, I merely glanced over some of the documentation that you sent to me. I was re-reading a fax you sent (or agency sent me) on August 28th. It was from the Presidential Reconciliation Committee, stating that they had received another account number from someone else stating that I was dead. The juices are really flowing now. The stock tanked 600%the first day and an additional 352% the next. The net take on the deal was 17.8 million dollars from a measly 4 million dollar investment (that's minus my 4 million and brokers fees) Tobi --- you are a rich man. And so am I. Since you did not say a word about the registration papers of your centre, tt simply implies that you did not receive the 2-page fax I sent you showing that your center's regsistration has been concluded and we are waiting for the approval of the funds before the political face off here. For your perusal, I will resend the faxes but you have to tell me a functional and secure fax number to send the documents to first. I am not too surprised at the funny faxes you received. At this point I'm pissed because Frontpage took a shit on me. I lost an email that I sent to Tobi telling him Mary and I are back in the hospital. Nothing major in the correspondence, but it just pisses me off cause it kills the flow. I have a couple of days to come up with some more good stuff cause I have a business trip that will allow me a little time to think about where I can steer this. He doesn't give up though, he wants us to talk on the phone and he's being persistent about it.

Mary is in God's hand and all is well with her because God's wish above every other thing for Mary is for her to prosper and stay in health just like her soul prospereth. As regards the faxes I will resend to you, I want you to let me know when you will be home, then only will I send the fax. I mean when you get back home from the hospital, call me and then I will resend them to you. If need be, let me know the fax number to send to.

The investments in Fromunda sack and Vagitek has been a success just as you are a success my friend. I wish you all the best and all the time too. That merger must have shook grounds seriously. I know that there is an inevitable good and pleasant ending to all our endeavours on both sides of the Atlantic and we are going to have a nice time together. But before then, we have to finish up this transaction and have the US$38.6m wired into your offshore account in the Cayman Islands. Dr. Nuutz, we need a vibrant and efficient communication system between us to accomplish this task. If you agree with me, this transcation with such volume of cash requires all the best of resources necessary for its success to be adequately put in place so that all will easily sail through.

I am so glad to know that you back at home now with Mary. I can imagine the room turned into a care centre! It is going to look like a mini clinic!! I am really glad that she has been certified fit to go home. That should be a bit helpful to get her acclamatized to her home again.

I know of September 11th very well because the tragic event was all over the news around the world and its still is.

My Friend,

Things have not been well. Mary took a turn for the worst and I am sad to say, she has finally passed. The doctor said it was a case of extended Coitus Interruptous(???) Please say a prayer for my Mary. She had gone on suffering for far too long and the good Lord felt it was time for her to go. I am in the midst of making her final preparations. I apologize for my lack of communication as I have not left her side until her final passing, just last evening. Her services will be over the weekend and we're gonna keep her on ice with the beer. She would've wanted it that way. I'll keep you informed.
